A brilliant blend of Shiraz, which gives dark brooding fruit and spice flavours, and the Grenache which gives lots of bright red fruit. Rich and smooth with dark berries, black pepper, and a touch of savoury spice. Silky tannins bring depth and balance to the palate. Pair with Old Winchester its bold, umami depth and crystalline texture enhance the wines dark fruit and spice.
